This is simply beautiful, how is it made and level of difficulty?

This is one of the easiest scarves ever to make. It is 3 skeins of Karabella Kid mohair with 2 strands held together. I used an H hook . Chain 47, hdc in 3rd ch and in each ch across. Ch 2 and turn.
The entire scarf is hdc, changing color whenever you desire. When you are finished with all 3 skeins it should be long enough. I used cedar balls that I have a set of in the store if others would like to use them. You put the cedar balls up into the fabric and tightly wrap a little rubber band around them, securing the ball in the scarf. You place the balls randomly all over the scarf. It will shrink quite a bit when you do this. You then place the scarf in a pillow case preferably with a closure on the top and felt in your washing machine with HOT water and a little detergent. I use dishwashing soap. When you take this out of the washing machine you will need to leave the cedar balls but stretch the fabric and reshape a bit before laying out to dry. Wait until the piece is completely dry, then cut the rubber bands and pop out the balls! The bobbles just remain...no extra work there.

I thought if I was to do another one of these, I would use a couple different sized balls like marbles or super balls to have different sized bobbles. Try it...this one was fun!

Christine, I have just finished "bobbling" my scraf. Although, it is still drying i know it is going to be beautiful. I added different size balls and I am excited to see the effect. I will bring it in for your "review and inspection".
Thanks for all your help and inspiration. See you soon.
